How do I send in an item for a return?

If you have decided to return an item, you will need to register your return in our Return Portal and follow the necessary steps.

How much does it cost to return a product?

Our return process if free for our customers. However we do encourage you to shop responsibly and to consider the environmental impact when purchasing and returning items - the less unnecessary shipping, the better.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once delivered to our facility, we do our best to process returned items within 5 business days. During sale and holiday periods, this time frame may increase. Please note that this does not include transit time to our facilities.

How can I track my return?

You can track your return using the RMA number that you can find in the return label provided.

How long do I have to return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days of date of purchase and in unused condition for a refund. Please return your item in the original packaging where possible. Please note, all items for refund should be both un

How can I exchange my PEdALED product?

To exchange an item from your recent order, simply send it back for a refund and place a new order on pedaled.com. Please use our online Return Portal to start your return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges.

Where is my return label?

Once you have registered your return in the Return Portal you will receive a return label via e-mail. Once the shipping label is printed, use it within 30 days.
